Midnight Kiss

Michelle Phan is definitely one of the most talented young women I know. She’s a visionary artist who transcends the art of makeup. I love that she’s writing and directing short narrative pieces for her tutorials! Check it out. Just in time for NYE:

Kina Grannis – In Your Arms

This video makes me happy :] Major props to Kina, Greg Jardin, and the team behind this vid! Super awesomeness.

And daaang, it took about 2 years for this video to be made! Each frame took anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours to make! Yowza. Definitely a labor of love!

Project:Involve Shorts – Vote for your fave!

Last week I posted about a short film I worked on called Ma Cite, Mon Histoire which was part of a program funded by Film Independent, Vanity Fair, and Banana Republic. Out of this program 10 3-minute shorts were produced with the theme of “City Stories” inspired by French New Wave and Banana Republic’s Fall line.

I got to see all the shorts on the big screen last week and I gotta say, they were all very well done. “Project:Involve” definitely seems like a solid program and I’m really glad I was involved even though I had a very small role :] Anyway! I figured I’d share my faves with y’all. You can check out the entire program here and support your favorite by voting!
